Roombrproperties use automated ways of collecting your data, necessary toprovide the products and services offered by us.

SystemsData:
Technicaldata about your computer or device, such as the IP address, devicetype, operating system type and version, unique device identifiers,browser, browser language, domain and other systems data, andplatform types

Coursescreated, live classes created, live classes and courses enrolments,attendance, revenue from the courses and classes and data on similarareas

Roombrtakes the privacy of its users very seriously. We never sell, rent,or otherwise provide your personal data to any third party or partiesfor marketing or monetary purposes.To provide necessary services, weonly share this information with third party software applicationservices who process your personal data with strict privacyconstraints.For instance, we use the services of a credit cardprocessing company to bill our users for subscription fees. Noemails/sms you initiate through Roombr, will list your email addressor mobile numbers in the content or header of the message. Othercommunications that you initiate through the Roombr website, like arequest for the teacher, will list your name as the initiator butwill not include your personal contact information. Your contactinformation will only be shared with another user if both of you haveindicated your interest to establish contact with each other, or youshare your contact information with other users in the Roombrcollaboration platform.

Whatare your rights?
Youhave several rights regarding the use of your data, and it is yourchoice of what data you provide to us and how you want us to use yourdata. Having said that, Roombr needs the certain specific type ofinformation to enable you on the Roombr platform and if you choosenot to provide this information, Roombr will be unable to render youour services.You may choose to provide, update, restrict and/ordelete your data and account on Roombr. Many such actions are alreadyautomated in the Roombr. For example, you can delete and update yourlive classes, your courses and course files directly from Roombr.Other actions that you want to take on your data will be executed byRoombr.You may also choose to retrieve your personal data fromRoombr. Most of the data is present in your subdomain such asrecorded videos and contact information. In specific cases, you mayreach out to Roombr as mentioned below.With the specifics of yourneed, you must submit your request with Roombr at support@roombr.com.Roombr will be able to serve your request in a reasonable amount oftime. Please send your request using an email account that you haveregistered with Roombr under your name.We may retain certain datacontributed by you if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or futureabuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis ofaggregated, non-personal data, data records with claims from multiplestakeholders, account recovery, or if required by law. All retaineddata will continue to be subject to the terms of the Roombr PrivacyPolicy that you have previously agreed to.

Whatis our policy on children?
Roombrdiscourages children (below 16 years of age in European EconomicArea, below 13 years elsewhere) to submit their data without parentalconsent.In case we detect personal data submission from children, wewill inform (via email or phone) the user to get permission fromtheir parents or legal guardians. If we do not receive a confirmationon the action required from their parents or legal guardians within15 days, we will delete the user personal data.Parents or legalguardians who believe that Roombr may have collected personal datafrom their child under those ages, can submit a request atsupport@Roombr.com to approve or remove their child’s personaldata.

Wheredo we store your data?
Tohelp with the business operations, most of your personal data thatyou provide to us, is stored in the secure storage servers located inthe USA/Singapore/India.
